Your healing isn’t dependent upon receiving an acknowledgement or an apology.

You get to heal your past hurts when you make the choice to lean in + heal.

When we commit + have effective tools + guidance, we have everything we need to create tremendous change.

I’m seeing more + more clients + community membe

I’m seeing more + more clients + community members who are feeling deeply dissatisfied with aspects of their life.

Yet because they’ve been conditioned to follow the rules + to do what is expected of them rather than what actually inspires + excites them, they find it very difficult to make the changes they know in their heart need to be made.

I’m also seeing more clients with high-functioning depression + a general disconnection from themselves.

They’re stuck either in an unfulfilling career or relationship + they know intellectually that deep change is needed, however actually taking those steps can be challenging as their programming tells them that ‘they won’t be loved if they don’t follow the rules’.

It is SO important to take action + make the changes needed otherwise what typically happens is eventually you’ll burnout, you may also develop high functioning depression or autoimmune disease + your body finally says enough - in the form of more serious illness.

It can be overwhelming knowing where to begin or even how to begin.

In my experience helping many of my clients navigate these changes, we must identify the key programs that are keeping you stuck + dissolve them.

This must be done in the subconscious mind.

Think of it like unravelling one thread at a time - however I will say that when you pinpoint the key threads, as we unravel one, several others unravel too.

ONE of the most common + valid fears is everything crumbling like a deck of cards if you do make this move.

MANY of my clients grew up with overly critical pa

MANY of my clients grew up with overly critical parents - many were also narcissistic.

SOMETHING we’re consistently shown is this:

“There was never anything wrong with you.
Although you were made to feel like you were the problem, you weren’t - the way you were treated was the problem.

It was not your fault that you were always criticised or judged.

This happened because the person criticising you had their own unhealed trauma from when they were heavily criticised - this is the lens they operate through.

Their pain is not your pain to carry.”

WE UNDERESTIMATE how big of an impact this has on how we feel internally, the choices we make, how we relate to others, whether we ‘go after’ what we want, how we parent + how we show up in our career.

It’s not until we heal these parts that we realise how far the impacts had reached.

TRY THESE to begin healing:

1. INNER CHILD healing customized for the parts of you who have been heavily criticised + are still hurting.

2. NOTICE when your own dialogue is critical or judgmental + practice kindness + compassion toward yourself.

3. PRACTICE validating + reassuring yourself - you can do this in your mind throughout your day.

4. REBUILD SELF-COMPASSION by being gentle with yourself if you do make a mistake or aren’t perfect

2. What beliefs did they have about themselves?
3. How did they feel a lot of the time? (3 words)
4. What are you leaving behind?

5. Who am I becoming?
6. What do they look like?
7. How do they feel?
8. What beliefs do they have?
9. What insights do they have about what you’re going through now?
