My posts on hypervigilance are always the ones that resonate in a huge way. Why? We’ve been conditioned to mind read, walk on egg shells, and be responsible for people emotions. We’re hypervigilance because we had to be.

Let this post be a reminder that healthy people don’t weaponize their emotional state. They come to you directly. They’ll seek solutions and collaboration.

AS I REFLECT upon the Heal Your Inner Star Child e

AS I REFLECT upon the Heal Your Inner Star Child event I have just had the privilege of co-hosting alongside @activationswithJJ here in New Zealand, I am humbled by the courage of the souls who joined us both in person + virtually.

I was reminded again + again of how courageous we all are for being here + for walking the path we have walked.

We have ALL had difficult paths in our own unique ways + we have navigated them as best we could - without an instruction manual.

Deep healing + remembrance took place as we closed another chapter or multiple chapters in our book of life.

I could not have hoped for a more beautifully aligned + courageous group of souls to have spent the last few days co-creating with.

Thank you for co-creating with us.
Thank you for agreeing to come here.
Thank you for walking the path you've walked.
And thank you for choosing to share this part of the journey with us.

Low Self Confidence can be excruciating.

You know you ‘should’ be able to do ______ but something keeps holding you back.

No matter how much you want it, you just can’t seem to take that step or if you do, you feel like a fraud.

Firstly, it’s not your fault that you feel like this.

Low self confidence is extremely common + is the result of multiple limiting beliefs + patterning that are all designed to stop you in your tracks.

The reason? It’s more complex than this but at a high level these beliefs + patterns are designed to keep you ‘safe’ somehow.

And the truth is, until those beliefs are dissolved + re-written they’ll continue to have a hold on you.

ULTIMATELY it's important to dissolve each theme of trauma sitting underneath.

When I'm helping my 1:1 clients dissolve their low confidence I use a unique inner child healing approach - however you can also try:

💎MINI HEALING PROCESS

NOTICE what patterns you personally fall into when you feel less confidence + keep an eye out for when these patterns are happening + when they do:

1. Notice where in your body you feel the emotional charge

2. What emotions or words are sitting in there

3. Reflect those words back to yourself like this: “I know you’re afraid you won't be able to do it. I want you to know that you're more capable than you realise + I will be here guiding you every step of the way.”

4. Bring violet light into your body, especially where the emotional charge is.

5. Imagine you're placing a white + gold crystal into that part of your body filling your body with white light + golden shimmer

6. Visualise yourself doing that which you desire - with confidence

You're ready to take the next step now, my love 💛

IMPORTANT INFO IN THE GRAPHICS DISSOCIATION is on

IMPORTANT INFO IN THE GRAPHICS

DISSOCIATION is one of the most common trauma responses I see through my Practice. Dissociation is where our energy exits our physical body in response to feeling unsafe in our body or environment.

MOST people who dissociate live their whole lives outside of their body + whilst they may have a vague sense of this, they don't know how to 'return to their body'.

I've also observed a consistent + direct link between those diagnosed ADHD also experiencing + still carrying unresolved trauma in childhood - causing them to dissociate.

When we're dissociated we're unable to experience our life fully + others are unable to experience or connect with us fully either - including our children or partner.

It's absolutely possible to heal + move beyond dissociation + when we do our whole life changes - we begin living in the present.

THE SOLUTION:

There are 3 main focuses for both adults + children.

1. We must learn how to call our energy back into our body so that we can fully ground - FREE resource details below

2. We must dissolve trauma stored in our body otherwise our energy will still feel unsafe + exit again.

3. Reflect upon your day to day environments + relationships - do they feel emotionally + physically safe? If not, changes need to be made so they feel safe.

ESSENTIAL:

Create a daily practice of calling your energy back to your body + grounding. Grounding on its own is not enough.
